Our peaceful, modern studio offers a new approach in exercise and stress management classes which focuses on mind-body connection and slow mindful movements rather than the cardio workouts or gruelling bootcamps that have come to be so commonly associated with the word ‘exercise’.  All our physical classes, whether strength focused or movement focused, work on a deep neuro-muscular level leaving you feeling co-ordinated, agile, focused, de-stressed, stronger and pain-free.

We currently offer group classes in somatics, soma-Pilates, tai chi & qigong, mindfulness & meditation, and mindful yoga.

As well as our timetable of classes to choose from we also offer 1-to-1 somatic consultations and a range of complimentary therapies, from chiropractic and acupuncture to life coaching and hypnotherapy.  All our therapists are highly qualified and experienced and take a holistic approach to your wellbeing.

Group classes

Our group classes currently run in the mornings and evenings every day except Friday and Sunday. You’re welcome to drop in to a class whenever you fancy and don’t have to sign up for a course if you can’t commit. Have a look at our timetable.

1-to-1 somatics

If you have a specific pain issue or other specialised requirements such as wishing to improve sports performance, these are best addressed in a one-to-one session which can be tailor-made to your needs.

Beginners' Courses

Our small, friendly and relaxed courses are the perfect place to start. Our teachers take a step-by-step approach, never use jargon and ensure you won’t be left feeling out of your depth. Suitable for any age, gender or fitness ability.

How can I get started?

Getting started is easy and we give you lots of choice so it fits into your life with ease. You don’t have to become a member and you can come to a class as often or a little as you like.


We offer a whole array of therapies for various needs. If you’re suffering with acute pain and need a little extra help to get through we have chiropractic, acupuncture, Bowen technique. For general wellbeing we offer massage, reflexology and much more.
