We’re an independent, specialist studio providing drug-free relief for chronic pain and stress through group classes, workshops and 1-to-1 sessions. Our approach is science-based and draws on the fast-growing fields of mindfulness and neuroplasticity. Modern lifestyles are giving us more and more physical and mental strains to cope with in our daily lives. We can teach you the best techniques to deal with those challenges so you can enjoy your life and your job to the full.
We currently offer group classes in somatics, soma-Pilates, tai chi & qigong, mindfulness & meditation, and mindful yoga.
We also offer a range of complimentary therapies, from chiropractic and acupuncture to life coaching and hypnotherapy. All our therapists are highly qualified and experienced and take a holistic approach to your wellbeing.

Our group classes run in the mornings and evenings most days including Saturdays. You’re welcome to drop in to a class whenever you fancy without committing to a course. Classes are easy to follow and there are no ‘levels’ and so are suitable for most people.
Join a beginners' course
Our small, friendly and relaxed courses are the perfect place to start. Our teachers take a step-by-step approach, never use jargon and ensure you won’t be left feeling out of your depth. Suitable for any age, gender or fitness ability.
We offer a whole array of therapies for various needs. If you’re suffering with acute pain and need a little extra help to get through we have chiropractic, acupuncture, Bowen technique. For general wellbeing we offer massage, reflexology and much more.
